I Am Almost 35 And A Female, For About The

I am almost 35 and a female, for about the past yr or so every month I will start to feel very tired and have extremely achy feeling all over . Recently went to my dr and did blood work all came back normal . I think my urine test results are still pending. Now for the next 2 months my dr wants me to record how I feel everyday an d come back sat the end of the 2 months. I really just want to find a solution to why I keep feeling like this.
