I Am Almost 4 Wells Post Op From A Total

I am almost 4 wells post op from a total lap hysterectomy. I have had very loose stool with lots of mucus for about 2 1/2 weeks now, it has even been blood tinged this most recent time. I do not have a fever or pain but just yesterday my hands have swelled and ate sore and tight.
Should I be concerned?
