I Am Almost 6 Months Post Op And I'am Planning

I am almost 6 months post op and I'am planning to travel to jamica next weekend... my doctor cleared me at 8 weeks to resume all my regular activities. I had laproscopic surgery. Should I be concerned about anything or take any precautions?
