I Am Almost 6 Weeks Pregnant And I Am Experience.

I am almost 6 weeks pregnant and i am experience. On and off spotting, last tuesday my HCG level was 3082 and this friday it decreases to 2740, is there a possibility that my HCG can goes up again after a couple days or once it decreases already it does not goes up anymore?
