I Am Almost 7 Weeks Pregnant, And I Get HORRIBLE

I am almost 7 weeks pregnant, and I get HORRIBLE PAINFUL INTENSE, headaches once sometimes twice a day, even before bed. I have tried everything possible that is approved for pregnancy, and nothing is working. :( I have done TONS of research on Tylenol No 1's that have 8mg of codiene and it says only take when nessacery and not in the last trimester . can I take it?
