I Am Almost 72, And Have Found Over The Last

I am almost 72, and have found over the last year that the tips of my fingers turn white very quickly even in the house. Sometimes they are so affected they become numb and have very little feeling.
Over the last 5 years or so, i have been slowly losing weight. Is this related to the problem with my fingers? Thank you for your help.
