I Am Always On My Period, This Has Been The

I am always on my period, this has been the case for over three years now. At first I used to have heavy periods or no period at all for as long as 7 months, but since 2011, I am always on and I have given up going to the doctors and gaenas because no one could determine what the root cause of my problem is.

Is there any solution for this and do I even stand a chance to fall pregnant? I have tried in vain to have a baby. Age 26 now.
