I am always so nervous. I shake constantly . My father did the same thing, was nicknamed Shakie.
I am on Paxil and take a piece of Xanax sometimes during the day. I take the rest of it to sleep at night. I am always in a hurry can't seem to calm down. I am going g to see my Gyn. To see what he can suggest.
I am 59 and have always been nervous. I do go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and hav
e cut back on caffeine.
I have A brother that is bipolar but I don't seem to have the symptoms he displays.
Not working right now so I don't have stress due to work.
