I Am Always Tired & Feel A Fullness In My

I am always tired & feel a fullness in my throat. Sometimes my voice is raspy & sometimes hard to swallow. I have had my thyroid checked for the last 3 years. The blood tests are always normal but the 1st year they found a goiter $ the 2nd year, nodules. How can I feel so crappy & everything always be fine
