I Am Always Tired Lately, I Think Since Losartan Potassium

I am always tired lately, I think since Losartan potassium dosage was doubled by cardiologist. I'm now taking Losartan Potassium100 mg/day , Lovastatin 40mg/day, Sotalol HCL 80 mg/day, Eliquis 5 mg/day, Metformin HCL 2000 mg/day. I'm thinking it's side effect of the Losartan and would like to try Carditone in place of it.
