I Am An 18 Year Old Male Who Is In

I am an 18 year old male who is in relatively good health. But my facial hair growth is still pretty pitiful (white fuzz mainly), and I have yet to grow any hair on my chest. Hair growth on my head and genital regions is normal and I was wondering if this is something I will grow out of or if I am cursed to spend the rest of my life with the face and torso of a 12 year old.
