I Am An 50 Yr Old Obese Female. Never Smoked,

I am an 50 yr old obese female. Never smoked, never had kids. Producing very little urine, thinning hair, never hungry, stay thirsty, and possible hernia just under breast line center chest. Its a hard mass that hurts when pressed against. Xrays and CT's don't show anything. Blood sugars, chol, thyroid, cortizal, all normal. Are these related and what next step? Bending over is painful in chest but nothing is showing on xrays. Appetite and urine production both are low but thyroid is normal????
