I Am An 85 Year Old Female With No Prior

I am an 85 year old female with no prior health problems and do not take medication. Three weeks ago I suffered a bout of vertigo at 4:00 am and fell "like a tree" onto the floor. I went to emergency at the hospital, they did CT on head and abdomen for internal bleeding and it was okay. I broke or bruised ribs which have been very painful but are getting better. Problem - the last two days my stool has been very dark with reddish tones.
