I Am An 85 Year Old Man Who's Had Heart

I am an 85 year old man who's had heart bypass 20 years ago, CLL for the last 5 years - blood analysis is good every quarter no ongoing treatment. I had a TIA in November last November but had my artery cleaned out. Today I felt weak, had diarrhea and my stool was very black. Could this be a heart attack or stroke?
