I Am An African American Female Forty Four Years Old

I am an African American female forty four years old and I have been diagnosed as severe iron deficiency anemia and vitamin d deficiency, about six months ago I feel abruptly and started having pains in my hip and knee. Few weeks later I started having pains in my feet as though I was stepping on pins diagnosed with planters futurists. Starting taking vitamin d supplements hip and knee started to feel better. Was driving and made a sudden stop, felt off balance all day. Next morning, room was spinning, went to the emergency room they said I had vertigo. Since then I'll have pain on one side of my body. Lately I have been having pin like pains in different areas of my body. And pursue feeling in in the face on the same side where the pain was. Thought it was sinusitis. I have been a state of depression for at least three weeks and been stressing uncontrollably. I have an colonoscopy and endoscopy scheduled in two days. As far as cognitive I Do forget things and at times a catch myself l losing thought in mid sentence. I am an educator and this concerns me.
