I Am An African From A Developing Country. A Mother

I am an African from a developing country. A mother to an 8 year old and 11months old. Three days I noticed I developed vaginal itches after using an old shaving bic days before in a hurry. I used salt in hot water n garlic to soothe the feeling but it seems I burnt myself and the little bombs that developed, some have peeled off to wounds. What do I do now. Apply vaseline to soothe them or see a doctor.
