I Am An ECG Technologist- Have Patient With St Depression

I am an ECG technologist- have patient with st depression that looks like dig tox but pt is not on didg. She is a 38 y.o female, non-smoker, no lipidemia. No meds other than levothyroxine due to hypothyroidism. She is not symptomatic with exercise or otherwise
