I Am An ITP Patient Since 15 Years Took Wyslone

I am an ITP patient since 15 years took Wyslone tapering from30mg to 10 mg for for first 7 yrs and60 mg to5mg for 6yrs during this 2 times I had platelet translucent when my platelets were06 thousands only with Wyslone my ptc were in safe limit upto 2.5 lac after 13 yrs/ l had a problem of water retention in my left lung Dr hospitalized me and treated for 6 months TB course with those medicines I was having ptc 1.8 to 2.5 lacs without Wyslone so l took no Wyslone for last 2 yrs but l month l found my ptc 40 thousands should l again take Wyslone?
