I Am An RN, And I Have A Pain Problem

I am an RN, and I have a pain problem that worries me. I have sort of given up on any resolution as I have fibromyalgia and this may be just one more thing related to fibromyalgia that I have to live with. The problem is that I have ongoing pain in my ribs (primarily right sided), my spine (thoracic region) and if I lay on my right side the pain is increased, severe, and it moves to my spine and around my chest. I am at the point where I can no longer lay on my right side. Some time ago I saw my doctor who ordered imaging studies but I was unable to do the MRI because of severe claustrophobia. I saw a pain specialist who diagnosed me with intercostal neuritis. He administered multiple injections at the ribs and spine. This was somewhat helpful but only temporary. Since that time I have just lived with it. Any advice or suggestions? Thank you so much.
