I am an RN with private consulting business. I have had several patients ask why Lisinopril cannot be taken with divided doses; AM / PM, vs PM dose only. I have also seen adverse effects; lethargy / fatigue, muscle pain, dry cough. Is there another ACE inhibitor effective without so many side effects. Thank you
