I Am An Adult Who Use To Wear The Milwakee

I am an adult who use to wear the milwakee back brace when i was growing. The brace and the scoliosis really deformed my ribs. Breathing is becoming more interesting as i age. When my intestines get inflimation i have pant like a dog. My scoliosis curves consisted of 42 degree curves from birth (congenital). Anyway ideas would help me with longevity. Thank you
