I Am An Adult With Heat Rash That Is On

I am an adult with heat rash that is on both ankles. i was at a summer festival yesterday and had already taken Claritin before going to the festival. It was very warm out; I was drinking water and lemonade but developed awlful heat rash on ankles. When I got home, I put aloe and benadryl cream on the ankles. This helped provide relief. Today I took another Claratin. My ankles still look terrible and are itching.
Do you have any advice?
