I Am An Eighteen Year Old Full Time College Freshman.

I am an eighteen year old full time college freshman. Recently the right side of my face has lost feeling , is numb and I have fluid build up in my ear. Is that Bells Palsey, Multiple Sclerosis( numbness cause by lack of signals getting to my facial nerves, or mono nucleosis? or just severe nerve reaction from studying too hard and not eating enough of the right food
