I Am An Elderly, Sexually Active Female With Six Small

I am an elderly, sexually active female with six small cysts on my labia majora-these are soft and swell from time to time but cause no pain-they are skin coloured. I have never had an STD, have only had relations with two consecutive husbands (long term and monogamous) and am concerned that this might be considered an STD from my second husband-he has no cysts. Should I have these removed somehow?
