I Am An Embroidery Machine Operator At My Job. I

I am an embroidery machine operator at my job. I am on my feet all day at work. From the way my machine was located my foot was rocking on the beveled edge of a safety mat resulting in a partial tare in the central band of my foot. What do I do to heal my foot?
