I Am An Herion Addict Iv User And I Found

I am an herion addict iv user and I found a full syringe I must had forgot about in my purse it had blood in it but was not coagulated yet. I have no idea how long it was hidden for, a couple days is my guess.....well I injected it, pretty stupid I know and now I am experiencing flu like symptoms: chills and my whole body aches and feels really sore, slight headache as well. What should I do? Am I dying?
