I Am An Ice Hockey Goalie 50 Years Old Female.

I am an ice hockey goalie 50 years old female. I fell on the ice and my neck whipped back and my mask went flying. I was dazed for a few moments, got up and finished practice. I felt nauseous. But that has cleared up. I took tylenol for a headache. Now 5 hours removed from the fall, my scalp feels like someone ripped a chunk of my hair out at the crown. This part of my head did not contact the ice. Should i be concerned.
