I Am An Insulin Diabetic. I Have Within The Past

I am an insulin diabetic. I have within the past couple of days gotten a 'boil/cyst' on my buttocks within the oh gosh hate to say but my crack area. Should I go see a physician - it has now started draining with bloody clear type liquid but doesn't seem to be decreased in size.
