I Am An Intravenous Antibiotics For An Infection Of Psuadamonous

I am an intravenous antibiotics for an infection of psuadamonous (sp?) I have kidney failure, but not on dialysis yet. I have stents from my kidneys to my bladder, on the 8th they had me start taking oral cipro prior to surgery and on the 9th I had me stents exchanged, on the 11th I spiked a fever and went to the hospital for 4 days, where they put me on intraveneous meds (Zosen), eventually giving me an IJ to continue antibiotics at home. After the stent exchange I did leave with a catheter because I needed to have my urethra dilated as I get strictures. The catheter was removed Monday the 21st, and I have had discomfort in the bladder area and the stomach. Diarrhea which is common with this medicine started Sunday night before catheter was removed. The level of discomfort varies in the abdomen, I am not sure if I am retaining fluid in the bladder, I did pass the void test when they took the catheter out. My issue is that my lower back has some discomfort and it feel like my right kidney is fluttering or having spasms, I also have a lot of noise coming from my stomach, gurgling, sounds of fluid moving around. Not sure if I should be worried or not...
