I Am An Uncircumcised Male & Had Protected Sex With

I am an uncircumcised male & had protected sex with a girl I just started dating 3 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago she developed genital warts and told me (probably from unprotected sex she had with someone a few months ago) after which we didn't have intercourse.
I had developed some small red bumps on my glans 2-3 days after we first had protected sex which is kinda smells and causes very mild burning. Which is thought was probably bacterial so just rinsed with soap and warm water. I don't see the red bumps anymore but there is still mild burning. Should I be worried?

She has been advised to apply a local cream. If she is cured am I still at risk of infection?
