I Am And Have Been For The Past Month Experiencing

I am and have been for the past month experiencing pain, heaviness, tingling and numbness (almost "prickly" sensation throughout my left arm. I have a persistent cough; sometimes experience rapid rhythms to my heart. I am currently prescribed Lisinopril and Metroprolol. Im not sure if I am harboring a heart attack or stroke I just know I am afraid. Have contacted my doctor; no word as of yet. Do you know what problems I may be having?
