I Am Asking About My Mother Who Is 72 Years

I am asking about my mother who is 72 years old. She woke up this morning a bit confused and has been in a daze most of the day. I have been monitoring her oxygen, blood sugar and heart rate, not able to check her blood pressure though, but everything seems to be ok in regards to those numbers. However she is unable to stay awake for very long and when she is awake says that she feels like she cant focus. I am just wondering if I should take her to the ER or just continue to wait?
