I Am Asking About Swollen Ankles And Feet. I Drove

I am asking about swollen ankles and feet. I drove 7+ hours and when I arrived home my ankles and left were swollen. I elevated my legs over night. I have had this happen to my left ankle before but not both and not so swollen. The next morning the swelling was gone in my ankles but still in the left foot.
Should I be concerned?
