I Am Asking This For A Friend Who Is On

I am asking this for a friend who is on her way to urgent care. She has sores and this white speckled looking stuff on the bottom of her foot and some on top of her foot that looks like blisters. She thought they were water blisters and popped them i believe earlier today and now her foot is in pain and throbbing. What could it possibly be?
