I Am At 46,my Periods Are Regular And Usually Complete

I am at 46,my periods are regular and usually complete by 22 of every month, but this time not happened till date 23. But I am going to Tirupathi for Lord Balaji darshan on 26th, proposed darshan is on 28th.Therefore I wish to get periods immediately. I already eaten enough papaya fruit and had milk with black pepper. I have controlled diabeties and thyroid which are been regularly checking up and taking thyronorm and metformin. Now kindly help me in this regards.
