I Am At A Conference In San Juan. My Eye

I am at a conference in San Juan. My eye became red yesterday after walking in very windy conditions and my hair hitting my eye numerous times. It look like slight lacerations, or perhaps a broken blood vessel. I have had that before. It is not oozing or itching. Should I get it checked out for pink eye? I have not had that in 40 years so I don't remember a lot about it.
