I Am At My Wits End...last Week Had Severe Abdominal

I am at my wits end...last week had severe abdominal pain with pelvic pain and urinary urges. I have been constipated with nauaea for the past two weeks..have not gone since Sat. I had blood in my urine and now bloody mucus after just having taken an enema. Should I go to the emergency room or wait to see a doctor on Friday?
