I Am At The Beginning Of My Period And My

I am at the beginning of my period and my cramps are exceptionally painful to the point of being able to do nothing but curl up in pain. Midol does little to help. I have also been experiencing waves of nausea. Just today I lost the ability to hold in my urine. Is this anything I should be worried about? Could it be a pregnancy?
