I Am At The End Stage Of My Train Driver

I am at the end stage of my train driver application and have to undergo a cat 1 medical examination. They will check for heart conditions, blood sugar and cholesterol levels. I have no previous cardiac conditions but I do have PCOS. It does cause insulin resistance for which I take a low dose of metformin. Does this automatically exclude me of this career?
