I Am Awaiting Brachytherapy For Prostate Cancer. I Received Lupron

I am awaiting brachytherapy for prostate cancer. I received Lupron 30mg to shrink my prostate. I understand that is a 4 month dose. I am tentatively scheduled for brachytherapy six weeks after the efficacy of the Lupron has expired. My fear is the time lost since the Lupron wore off and how much my prostate has enlarged since then. Is my concern appropriate in your mind?
