I am being checked for thyroid cancer (nuclear testing was cold for 5 nodes) and I have this pervasive feeling of being strangled (now for 4 weeks). The past 2 days have been really distressing as it feels like someone has their hands wrapped around the base of my throat pressing on my wind pipe. Is there a way I can release this pressure?
