I Am Being Seen By An ENT Again Today For

I am being seen by an ENT again today for bloody post nasal drip that acts like a nosebleed. On my first visit he did not see any polyps, etc. to warrant caution. I have recently had dental work done for a crown and also took a few days of asplrin to relieve my headache. He believes I have a blood vessel broken. After two days, I am still experiencing symptoms. Any suggestions for the cause of this not healing?
