I Am Being Treated By A Chiropractor For Degenerative Discs

I am being treated by a chiropractor for degenerative discs in my neck. I have been having headaches and occasional ear aches and pain which extend behind the ear and into the neck with movement. Could the earaches be nerve connected? I recently had a checkup with my GP and there was no ear infection at the time.
