I Am Being Treated For A Rash That I Have

I am being treated for a rash that I have had for about 4 years, it itches, burns and creates scabs, after I scratch in my sleep. I have seen 8 Derms and still don't know where its coming from. I was taking clobetasol, but now its tacrolimus 0.1, I see no relief, Help
