I Am Being Treated For An Enlarged Prostate. I Have

I am being treated for an enlarged prostate. I have been catherized 3 consecutive weeks and now using self-cathaters . I am taking 2 drugs to ease the prostate and recently can urinate without the catheters. but I have always had a hemeroide like pain during and especially after running from my rectum to the front.
