I Am Being Treated For Polymialga With Cortisone And Have

I am being treated for polymialga with cortisone and have been to 3 months. I 've gone from 15mg to 5 but the pain seems to be getting worse in only one hip. I do suffer the symptoms of the steroid, ie fatigue, bloating, some weight gain, diarrhea, loss of appetite etc.

Is there some other drug or treatment option I can talk to my doctor about?
