I Am Being Treated For Sinus/bronchsits And Am On A

I am being treated for sinus/bronchsits and am on a three pill 500 mg regime. I noticed today that my blood pressure from noon on to 4:00 pm was lower than usual..without taking my usual blood pressure meds…I got a reading just now of about 100 over 55 which is low for me in the daytime. I usually take 7.5 mg of norvasc at noon but certainly do not need it today..could it be the meds? Also take 50 mg of toprol and 100 mg of cozaar in the am
