I Am Bleeding From My Tear Ducts For The Last

I am bleeding from my tear ducts for the last three months, before that just extreme fatigue. Now.... More fatigue and pain in my jaw, temples, and ear. Lately, I feel strange feelings under my tongue on both sides, and extreme pain under the right side.
