I Am Breaking Out In A Rash. I Have Had

I am breaking out in a rash. I have had hives a couple of times but a biopsy revealed that part of my problem is definite.t a contact dermatitis. I am using strong Rx steroid creams and taking a variety of oral antihistamines as recommended by the dermatologist. Just as it seemed I was almost 100% better(I had 2 spots left that were almost gone and mo others) the following occurred. I worked outside on a hot humid day for about an hour an 15 minutes trimming some shrubs, pulling some weeds, and cutting back some English ivy. There were no bug biting at the time. I was not sitting on the ground. When I came in the first day, I had broke out in many spots, very itchy, on the arms and legs. The next day, I worked some more for about 2 hours which resulted in many more spots that have spread to my neck and one shoulder as well. I am itching like crazy and the medications are barely giving me relief. If this was your patient what steps would you suggest next.
