I Am Breaking Out In Hives Started W/arms And Legs.

I am breaking out in hives started w/arms and legs. I just got out of the hospital three days ago no different meds but I was reading there was a type of hives call stress hives. I would go get Benadryl except there's 5 foot of snow outside and still snowing is there a home remedy I might have around the house that might alleviate some of the itching and pain
